X	Submissions
	We are currently booked through 2010 and much of 2011 (dates are not yet firm for 2011).  Unless we know you and/or you are referred to us by someone we know, we are not currently accepting any art submissions.  We're very sorry but if you "cold call" us with an art submission (e.g., via e-mail solicitation), we probably will not reply.
	If you are represented by another San Antonio gallery and are thinking about showing with us, before anything else, we require written permission to do so from your current gallery.  Even with permission, you cannot have had a show in the past six months (prefferably a year).  In addition, we prefer non-exhibited new work only.
	If you really would like us to review your work and you are not represented and are unknown (to us), by far your best hope to get a show at REM is to bring a representative portfolio during our regular business hours (Fridays and Saturdays, noon to six).  Don't mail it--bring it in person.  Plus, do not bring us a CD/DVD and we certainly will not look at a tiny slide show of your work on a mobile phone; if you want us to seriously evaluate your work, bring ten to twenty bound color full-page prints (a current CV is also a good thing to include).
	Special Note: REM Gallery does not purchase art nor does it rent any part or all of the gallery or the living space for events or exhibits.  Please do not ask.
