Q:Everything looks too big!
A:This site was designed for a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (pixels in width x height) though it looks best on a screen with a resolution of at least 1280 x 1024.  You can check your current resolution (in Windows) by right-clicking the desktop and choosing "Properties" and the "Settings" tab.
Try decreasing the text size (in Explorer, choose View|Text Size|Decrease; in Firefox, click |View|Text Size|Decrease) and/or view the page in full-screen mode (press F11).

Q:Everything looks too tiny!
A:If you're viewing this site on a large / high-resolution screen, the text and images may appear too small.  Try increasing the text size (in Explorer, click [View|Increase Size]; in Firefox, click [View|Increase Size]).  Note that this will increase the text size but not the size of the images.

Q:This message is popping up (in Internet Explorer):
A:Internet Explorer is set to disable javascripts.  You can either click on the message and enable the javascript (only applies to that page) or go into the security settings menu and enable them there.

Q:I clicked on a link but nothing happened.
A:If you're on a dial-up connection, some images may take up to 30 seconds to load (please be patient).
